  • No product descriptions appear on the outside of the parcel

  • Billing descriptors are neutral and discreet

No one will know what’s inside your package.

 
6. Tracking Information
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched (where available)

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to a delivery issue, reshipping costs may apply

 
8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed:

  • Please contact us after 2 business days from the estimated delivery date

  • We will work with the courier to investigate the issue

Please note: Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

 
9. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the parcel and contents

  • We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law

 
10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If a product is lost or damaged in transit, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
